SALES AND RETURN TERMS

Bonobo Native OÜ, registry code 14340277, address Kärneri 6 / 2-2, Tallinn, 13521, Harjumaa, Estonia (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the Client, who will complete the order at www.bonobo.ee e-shop and identify himself / herself by entering his / her personal data on the order form ( hereinafter referred to as “the Client”), agree on the following conditions: ​

1. General Terms and Conditions.

1.1 www.bonobo.ee e-shop (hereinafter the e-shop) is an online store created by the Seller, through which the Seller sells, and the Client buys the products offered by the Seller.​

1.2. The Parties are guided by the Law of Obligations Act and other laws and legislation of the Republic of Estonia and these terms and conditions.​

1.3. The Seller has the right to change at any time the content of their e-shop, the range of goods offered and these terms and conditions. 

2. Purchasing.

2.1. All items sold by the Seller in the e-shop are available in the warehouse of the Seller.​

2.2. If the product is not in stock, the Seller will contact the Client and will suggest a possible new delivery time or replacement of the product with another equivalent product with the same price and quality, or the return of the paid money. The return of the money to the Client shall be effected without delay, but not later than within 30 calendar days after the order is submitted.​

2.3. The Client chooses the desired products from the e-shop, adds them to the cart, completes the order form and pays for the products through a suitable bank link.​

2.4. The Client will receive an order and payment confirmation at the email address entered by them.​

2.5. The Client is required to submit true data on the order form as they are necessary to complete the order. The Seller is not responsible for any failure to execute an order or any consequent consequences caused by the unreliable data provided by the Client during the execution of the order.​

2.6. The execution of the order occurs when the Seller has received an order submitted through the e-shop and the Client has paid for the order. 

3.Finalizing of an order.

3.1. The Client’s cart will be created at the moment when they have added the selected products to the cart.

3.2. The Client may change the quantity of products in the cart, add new products and delete them. To finalize the order, the Client must click on the “Order” link, after which the Client will be directed to the order form.​

3.3. If the Client has entered the necessary data in the order form and submitted the order, they will be redirected to the order confirmation and payment options page.​

NB! To confirm the order, be sure to press the button”Back to the Merchant” after payment. Otherwise, the order will not be activated! 

4. Client’s right of withdrawal.

4.1. If the Client wishes to withdraw from the order after submission of the order and before the Seller has fulfilled the order, the Client undertakes to inform the Seller as soon as possible in writing. Written notification must be sent to the e-mail address bonobocosmetics@gmail.com.​

4.2. If the above notification about the withdrawal reaches the Seller before the Seller’s order is fulfilled, the Seller shall refund the amount paid by the Customer without delay, but not later than within 14 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The amount will be returned to the same bank account from which it was received by the Seller. 

5. Right of Return.

5.1. A 14-day right of return is valid for products purchased from the e-store.​

5.2. Returned product must be unimpaired, complete, in original packaging and unused.​

5.3. To return the product, you must submit the corresponding message to the Seller’s e-mail at hello@bonobo.ee

5.4. In case of withdrawal, the item purchased by the Client must be returned immediately, but not later than within 30 days after the notification of the cancellation.​

5.5 The Client undertakes to bear the cost of returning the product in the amount of EUR 10 unless the product to be returned did not correspond to the Customer’s order.​

5.6. If, after returning the product, it turns out that the product does not meet the requirements of 5.2., the amount already paid for the product will not be returned to the Client and the returned product will remain in the possession of the Seller until the Client pays the costs related to returning the product. 

6. Personal data published by the Client.

6.1. Upon completing the application form, the Client gives the consent to the processing of their personal data.​

6.2. The Client’s personal information entered by the Client and come to the knowledge of the Seller upon submission of the Order shall be entered in the Customer’s database and may later be used to introduce the Seller’s new products.​

6.3. The Client’s personal information necessary for the delivery of the product to the Client will be forwarded to the courier service companies.​

6.4. The Client has the right to inspect the personal information concerning them or to change them or to ask to remove their personal data from the customers database.
